Navigating Local Regulations: We navigated the intricacies of Okinawa’s building codes and regulations, ensuring that this land was suitable for this commercial warehouse project which is always crucial for smooth construction.
Okinawan Architect and Builder Help
Tailored Architectural Design: As Smith Realty Japan did not have a warehouse architect within our network in Okinawa, we travelled to Okinawa and interviewed 12 architects. After trimming the 12 down to 2 we offered the choice of these two architects to our client. Both architects could create commercial designs that meet specific needs while maximizing functionality and efficiency. The final decision was made and the design phase could begin.
Facilitating and Consulting and Reporting
Construction Oversight and Reporting: We provide project oversight services to oversee the construction process, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are upheld via on site inspections and facilitating necessary professionals are available to answer any questions. Regular reporting is provided via the client’s preferred method. With this build the client opted that we use the “Monday Management application”.
Post-Completion Support: After your commercial real estate project is built, we offer ongoing consulting services to assist with property management, leasing strategies, and market positioning.
