Following this, we shifted our focus to constructing apartment buildings with six to seventeen units. These projects were designed as long-term, low-risk residential investments. They typically targeted a gross yield of around 11% and a cap rate of 5-6%, with the goal of supporting retirement planning. Our portfolio included buildings constructed from both wood and steel.
